About Us
Agape Bible Church was founded in 1989 with the mission of teaching the Bible verse by verse, precept by precept. We are a community of believers committed to fostering an environment of love, acceptance, and spiritual growth.
Adoration
At Agape Bible Church, our primary objective is to help every parishioner establish and deepen an intimate, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. In our regular weekly chapter by chapter service, we aim to achieve this through personal interaction with Jesus in the text.
During An Adoration Service, we seek to do this through personal interaction by focusing our minds and emotions exclusively on Him through prayer, praise, worship, and song. It is a time to mentally, emotionally, and spiritually enter a place where only you and Jesus are present.
During this time, the focus is not on asking to receive, but rather on giving praise, honor, and admiration to the Lord. It's an opportunity to express how wonderful, powerful, and loving He is, while telling Him that you love, respect, and surrender to Him.
Adoration is a time to speak directly to Jesus about Jesus.
Please note that adoration is not a time for talking to others or discussing Jesus; it's simply about communicating with Him.
Various scripture, songs, and poems may be selected for the adoration service. Adoration is a personal service that may take place in a public place. It is a time to love on Jesus as deeply as you can.
Our Pastor
Pastor C. Wayne Bryant has been leading our congregation since the church's inception. His dedication to sharing the teachings of the Bible is a guiding light for our community.
